Throwing up with the Lap Band and Upper GI

lapband questions

Hello, I have had my lap band since 2008. I feel like I’ve been too tight the whole time, been back several times to have fluid removed it’s been about 7 months now that I have had no solution at all in my band. At this point I’m throwing everything up I eat, I have to make myself throw up because the pain so bad. Sometimes I can keep down liquid sometimes not. I had a scoping and the GI doctor said the pressure needs to be released off the band. My Band Dr. has now scheduled an Upper GI. What would and Upper GI tell him that a scope didn’t? No one seems to care that I cant eat or function normally in society? Should I have my band taken out?
